Champions League & Europa League
The two minor competitions

Chelsea beaten 1-0 by Dinamo Zagreb (remember them?)
Romanian referee instead of their supine Premier League accomplices

Mendy must still be carrying the knock from Saturday. Saw was on the bench.

The bits I watched, Zagreb outplayed them . All that money spent, and as we saw last Saturday, they look a mismatch of overpaid overated individuals. Shame we sat back against them.

Delighted to see Tuchel lose

There will be some atmosphere at Park Head for the game against real Madrid

Yup. It’s a bit damning for us unfortunately. Chelsea are pretty shit. Already lost to Leeds and Southampton. We’d almost lost to them the moment we stepped onto the pitch with how we approached the game. Inexplicable that we didn’t go for the jugular of a team out of form.

Another point, I am sure Chelsea looked on that as a home win. I bloody hope ourlcot aren’t underestimating Bucharest.

Celtic having a real go at Real Madrid & matching them.
Had a couple of excellent chances & pay for missing them as Vinicius scores.
Modric still top quality for someone who turns 37 on Friday.
Hazard looks a shadow of the player at Chelsea (on for the injured Benzema)

Haaland looks like a man playing with the under 10s. God knows how many he will score if he stays fit.

Yeah, and one of them Sunday league teams managed to make the ELC Final last year.

Madrid doing to Celtic what they done last season to man city and Liverpool. No shame there.

Re: Champions League & Europa League
I just watched about 10 mins of PSG v Juve.

PSG were up 2-0.

Had to switch it off when Neymar pulled his usual dive in the box looking for a penalty then pulled a Mendy feigning serious injury.

I wish somebody would break that diving cunt Neymar’s leg and end his career…. Can’t stand that overrated cheating cunt!

While we're on reporting the results of foreign (non West Ham) games, can anybody explain to me why the BBC have the Women's World Cup results above those of National League South games?

Is it (just) because the words "World Cup" or "Women's" appear in the programme?

I mean, just look at the results - below lower level Sunday League seems about the level they should be presented.

Probably because they don't have a "shooting fish in a barrel" section ?

Last season’s Europa finalists not looking good in their first CL games.

Been watching it, coma. Good viewing seeing them get turned over. Bit like how you must feel any time we’ve had a referendum or general election

Eintracht exposed. I think we just ran out of steam after the Lyon games. we shit the bed in the home leg and Cresswell fucked up any chance of a recovery.
Eintracht, decent side, not CL level.

Rangers the other finalists also horribly exposed by an Ajax side without Sebastian Haller.

Would one of these teams score 4 against us?
